Returns Policy
Damaged or Defective Goods
Refuse shipment - If an item is visibly damaged upon receipt DO NOT accept the item from the courier. The item will be returned and replaced within ten (10) working days.
Returning a damaged or defective item - If an item is damaged or defective return to The Practice at 51 1st Avenue, Linden, 2195. Item must be returned in original packaging and The Practice must be notified of such incident within 48 hours. Customer will not be charged for return. Before returning the item/s please contact us to confirm return.
Notification of damaged item - Keep item in original packaging. Notify us within 24hours of the incident. We will immediately arrange for a replacement.

Non-Returnable goods
Other than “Defected” or “Damaged” goods, The Practice shall not accept any items returned due to dislike.
